With the aim of promoting regenerative agriculture practices at the global level, we joined Cool Farm Alliance, betting on digital collaboration as a way to continue adding value to producers, agronomists, and the different actors of the agri-food chain.
With over 100,000 users, present in more than 135 countries and with over 15 million hectares digitized, we continue to promote sustainable production. We are convinced that, in order to achieve a significant change in the way we produce food in the world, it is essential to have the synergy of leaders in sustainable agriculture such as Cool Farm Alliance.
Cool Farm is a non-profit community interest organization, led by science, that brings together the global agricultural supply chain network. Its main objective is to accelerate sustainable solutions that address the world’s greatest challenges.
The growing membership of Cool Farm Alliance includes the world’s leading food and beverage companies, NGOs, academic institutions, producers, and agronomists.
As part of this alliance, we began working to integrate the Cool Farm Tool into our platform. This tool provides quantified, reliable, and standardized metrics that help measure greenhouse gas emissions and carbon sequestered in the soil through the automatic synchronization of activities carried out in the field, thus avoiding duplication in the loading of information.
Cool Farm Tool offers farmers and businesses metrics to communicate about sustainability, showcase the benefits of regenerative practices and carbon sequestration, and report on reduction goals.
This integration reinforces our commitment to provide all the necessary tools in one platform, simplifying and lowering the barriers to access sustainability programs. Furthermore, the Environmental Sustainability and Environmental Impact Coefficient (EIQ) functionalities are already available on our platform, two tools that allow our users to measure and assess the environmental impact of their agricultural practices performed in the field.
