From the corporate workspaces administration panel, it is possible to manage the users, including inviting them, assigning them to work groups, or removing them.
In the case of removing a user, the administrator must decide what to do with all the registered information, depending on whether the user is internal or external.
Internal users:
If it is an internal user, since the information belongs to the corporate space, it is necessary to assign a receiving user to whom the deleted user’s data will be migrated.
To do this, a message will appear to the administrator where they must enter the name and email of the receiving user, which must be different from the deleted user and belong to the same space. Once the user is deleted, the data is automatically migrated to the designated recipient.
External users:
In the case of external users, they are removed from the space immediately, but a migration process is triggered, involving only the deleted user.
This process consists of sending an email to the deleted user with a migration link. Through this link, the user can voluntarily migrate their data to a personal Auravant account (if they already have one). Upon receiving the email, the user has a 7-day period to access the link and complete the migration.
Once this process is completed, the migration is done automatically. If the user does not have a personal Auravant account, the migration will remain pending until they create an account and access the link again.
Alternatively, if the user prefers to delete their data instead of migrating it, they can do so through the “Delete data” button provided in the link.
